First we receive your inquiry and we respond back. We schedule an appointment to talk either by phone or an in person consultation. We also go over basic detail prior to the consultation, such as the type of session you are looking for. This is to ensure that we know what to go over during the consultation.
During this time we go over exactly what your looking for in detail. We build a relationship with you to better understand you as a person. We do this to make sure your images reflect who you are. If it is an event or wedding we go over the full details to ensure we understand and that everything goes smoothly. We discuss pricing, budgets, payment plans if needed, and more.
Once all agreements are made we draw up a contract for ourselves and you to sign. This ensures that you are protected and that all goes as agreed. This is mutually beneficial for both parties.
We remain in contact with you at least monthly and as the day draws nearer communication can be come more frequent if necessary. We do this to ensure there are no changes. We are all human and things change, therefor we want to make sure your day goes smoothly. For example, if there are changes to your birth plan or the itinerary of your wedding day we want to ensure we are aware that way we can capture those special moments in the best possible way.

Depending on your availability and session type will determine delivery. We have the ability to send you an online Gallery, but for larger events such as Weddings we like to do a Final consultation to show you your images at the studio on our big screen as well as go over any product orders needed.
